Become a Field Representative

If making a living as a sales person excites you, the opportunity to earn good commission motivates you, and the cattle industry is in your blood, consider a career as a Field Representative with Midwestern Cattle Marketing, LLC (MCM). We are always looking for hard-working, honest, loyal, energetic, positive, well-organized people with a high level of integrity to facilitate cattle marketing for our customers.

You will enjoy working in a field you are passionate about, selling a service you believe in, setting your own hours, and making a great income. As an independent contractor, you gain the benefits of being an entrepreneur, yet MCM provides support as an engaged partner that helps you succeed.

As an MCM Field Representative, you are the person our customers count on throughout the sales process. You are responsible for meeting with producers, examining cattle, capturing video or photo images, initiating paperwork, accepting payment, and delivering the cattle on behalf of MCM. You are the point person who fields questions, day or night, and you address challenges and concerns.

To apply for a Field Representative position, please complete the online form located in the right sidebar, and submit. You will be contacted within 48 hours. If your application is accepted, the next step will be to attend a training meeting at the MCM office in Greeley, Colorado. To become a Field Representative, you must form a legal business entity if you have not already done so; complete an independent contractor agreement; and agree to a background check.
